Center is air conditioned and has tables, chairs, kitchen and ice machine.

The following services are available upon request at the Coward Town Hall:
- Copies: 0.25 cents per copy
- Fax Service: $1.00, per 1-3 pages
- Notary Service: $2.00, per document
- Police Reports: $5.00 per report. (no cost for victims)
